We’re committed to creating healthy, sustainable communities in which people can fulfil their aspirations.
All of our projects have this vision and promote healthy lifestyles in a number of ways.
The DFL team run weekly activities and workshops both on and off-site for our residents. All activities are based on the 5 ways to wellbeing – Connect, Take Notice, Be active, Keep Learning, Give. Regular trips are organised by DFL for our residents in order to help develop their knowledge of the local area, encourage positive socialising, introduce people to the arts, improve fitness and help residents to find the positive activities they enjoy doing.
Sexual Health Outreach: Healthy Relationships
YMCA Cardiff provides a tailored, specialist and confidential Sexual Health and Relationship Service for young people aged 11-25 in Cardiff and aged 11-18 in the Vale of Glamorgan.
