Participation and Engagement Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Participation and Engagement Co-ordinator  to join our team!

The closing date for application is Friday 20^th March 2026.  Successful applicants at the first stage of interview will be invited to progress to the second stage where you will attend a trial shift with our Housing team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Design, coordinate, and deliver meaningful activities and engagement opportunities for hostel residents, young people, and other service users. Build local partnerships to improve wellbeing, social inclusion, independence, and access to education, employment, and training. Ensure service users’ voices are heard through consultation and participation to guide service improvements. Stay informed about sector developments, evaluate engagement, gather feedback, and work in a psychologically informed, person‑centred way to ensure every contact counts.
